目的:为全面提高清远市县(市)级疾控中心检验能力。方法:对照卫生部规定的相关标准进行分析。结果:全市7县(市)疾控中心实验室专业技术人员占专业技术人员的比例为14.3%,较2006年及以前降幅4.7%;完成常规工作所需仪器设备的种类装备率为69.2%,较2006年及以前增幅61.3%,但与检验项目开展率不呈正相关关系;必须开展的检验项目开展率为66.9%,较2006年及以前升幅40.0%,而各疾控中心有高度显著性差异。结论:总体来看,未能按相关标准完成实验室建设,检验能力仍较低下。建议疾控中心最高管理层应胸怀全局,积极负责地争取政府的真正重视支持,使疾控中心实验室的建设达到科学、实用、合理目标;基于一些极少开展的检验项目或极少使用的仪器设备,拟建议卫生部考虑制订地级和县级疾控中心仪器设备资源与检品资源共享规则的前提下,对相关标准作出弹性规定。
Objective: To comprehensively improve the testing ability of CDC in Qingyuan County (city) level. Methods: According to the relevant standards prescribed by the Ministry of Health for analysis. Results: The proportion of professional technicians in laboratory of 7 counties (cities) in the city accounted for 14.3% of the professional and technical personnel, a decrease of 4.7% compared with that before 2006; the type and equipment rate of instruments and equipment needed for completing routine work was 69.2% Representing an increase of 61.3% as compared with 2006 and before but not positively related to the rate of inspection projects. The implementation rate of inspection projects that need to be carried out is 66.9%, an increase of 40.0% over 2006 and before, while there is a highly significant difference between CDCs . Conclusion: Generally speaking, the construction of laboratories can not be completed according to the relevant standards, and the inspection capability is still low. It is suggested that the top management of the CDC should have the overall situation in mind and actively and responsibly win the genuine attention of the government for its support so that the construction of CDC laboratories will reach a scientific, practical and reasonable goal. Based on a few test items or infrequently used Equipment and equipment, it is proposed that the Ministry of Health should make flexible stipulations on the relevant standards on the premise of formulating rules for sharing resources of resources and seized products of prefectural-level CDC equipment and seized resources.
