目的:研究双参通冠方(SSTG)对实验性大鼠心肌梗死模型的冠状动脉血流量的影响。方法:建立大鼠心肌梗死模型,分为假手术组、模型组、SSTG低剂量组(0.25 g/mL)、SSTG高剂量组(0.5 g/mL)、硝酸异山梨酯组(0.1 mg/mL),灌胃2周后,采用PowerLab血流动力学仪和电磁流量计,分别检测或计算用药后大鼠的HR、MAP、LVSP、LVEDP、LV Dp/dt max、LV Dp/dt mix和CBF指标。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组HR、MAP、LVSP均升高,LVEDP、LV Dp/dt mix、CBF降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,各药物组HR、MAP、LVSP均降低,LVEDP、LV Dp/dt mix、CBF升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SSTG高剂量组(0.5g/mL)HR、MAP、LVSP降低和LVEDP、CBF升高与低剂量组(0.25 g/mL)比较有明显差异(P<0.01)。与SSTG低剂量组(0.25g/mL)比较,SSTG高剂量组(0.5 g/mL)和硝酸异山梨酯组(0.1 mg/mL)HR、MAP、LVSP均降低,LVEDP、LV Dp/dt mix、CBF升高(P<0.05)。结论:双参通冠方具有一定的降压作用,可以增加冠脉血流量,改善心肌缺血状态。
Objective: To study the effect of Shuangshen Tong Guan Fang (SSTG) on coronary blood flow in experimental rat myocardial infarction model. Methods: The model of myocardial infarction in rats was established and divided into sham operation group, model group, low dose SSTG group (0.25 g / mL), high dose SSTG group (0.5 g / mL) and isosorbide dinitrate group ). After 2 weeks of administration, the PowerLab hemodynamics and electromagnetic flowmeter were used to detect or calculate the HR, MAP, LVSP, LVEDP, LV Dp / dt max, LV Dp / dt mix and CBF index. Results: Compared with the sham operation group, the HR, MAP, LVSP, LVEDP, LV Dp / dt mix and CBF in model group decreased significantly (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, HR, MAP, LVSP, LVEDP, LV Dp / dt mix and CBF in each drug group were significantly increased (P <0.05). SSTG high dose group (0.5g / mL) HR, MAP, LVSP decreased and LVEDP, CBF increased compared with the low dose group (0.25g / mL) significant difference (P <0.01). The HR, MAP and LVSP of high dose SSTG group (0.5 g / mL) and isosorbide dinitrate group (0.1 mg / mL) were lower than those of low dose SSTG group (0.25g / mL) , CBF increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shuangshen Tongguan Decoction has a certain antihypertensive effect, which can increase coronary blood flow and improve myocardial ischemia.
