含蜡原油的胶凝特性决定了原油-水两相体系在温降过程中依然存在由溶胶体系向凝胶体系转变的行为过程,且对以集输生产为代表的原油储运工艺有着重要影响。通过描述含蜡原油油水两相降温胶凝特性的方法及原理,对非牛顿含蜡原油油水两相体系的胶凝特征温度及胶凝结构强度进行了流变测量,研究了含蜡原油不同水含量体系在不同温降过程中黏弹性参数的变化规律,实现了对含蜡原油油水两相胶凝特征参数的定量表征,构建了含蜡原油油水两相降温胶凝过程特性的普适性规律,解释了两相体系的降温速率及含水量对其胶凝行为的影响与作用机制,为含蜡原油油水两相节能输送工艺中流动保障技术的应用与优化提供了理论和实验依据。
The gelation characteristics of waxy crude oil determine that the behavior of the crude oil-water two-phase system from sol system to gel system still exists in the process of temperature drop and has an important influence on the storage and transportation of crude oil . Based on the method and principle of describing the gelation characteristics of oil-water two-phase cooling waxy crude oil, the gelation temperature and gelling structure strength of non-Newtonian waxy crude oil-water two-phase system were studied. Content system in the process of different temperature viscoelastic parameters of the variation of the waxy crude oil to achieve the realization of two-phase quantitative characteristics of gelling characteristics of the parameters of waxy crude oil-water two-phase gelation process characteristics of the construction of a universal law The effect and mechanism of the cooling rate and water content on the gelation behavior of the two-phase system were explained. The results provide theoretical and experimental evidences for the application and optimization of flow assurance technology in oil-water two-phase energy-saving transportation of waxy crude oil.
