用PHA-L顺行追踪法观察大鼠肾上腺髓质内交感节前神经纤维的来源、走行和分布特征.结果表明,来自胸8～10节段脊髓侧柱分布到肾上腺髓质的交感节前神经纤维,随内脏大神经走行,而后又成为内脏大神经的分支进入并通过肾上腺神经节,向内下方走行,在肾上腺内侧缘分成2～3支后,分别在肾上腺被膜内走行一段距离或立即进入肾上腺.在皮质内无分支,以若干小神经束穿经皮质到达髓质;在髓质内以粗细不等的纤维分散走行在髓质细胞索之间,在走行中逐渐分为多种形态的终末支,有的为带为许多膨体的树枝状分支,有的为带有许多膨体的终末支形成丛状或网状,并且再分支分布于髓质细胞之间.
