对超声水表换能器开展了长时间稳定性试验和介质水温改变及高低温老化等试验。试验结果表明,只要换能器“机-电-声”转换与粘结材料选用合理,设计与工艺满足使用要求,可以保证超声水表换能器在额定温度(或在短时极限温度)条件下和规定使用期限内稳定工作。试验工作采用PZT-5压电陶瓷厚度振动模式,分别以工程塑料阻抗匹配材料(无背衬)和铜合金阻抗匹配材料(有背衬)构成的换能器为研究对象,得到的结论是选用工程塑料阻抗匹配材料的换能器综合性能比较稳定可靠。
