目的:建立血清中司帕沙星(SPLX)浓度微生物测定法。方法:采用微量微生物法。选用枯草杆菌,大肠杆菌为实验菌种测定SPLX血药浓度。结果:测得枯草杆菌r=0.9995±0.0002;大肠杆菌r=0.9985±0.0007。精密度RSD<5.35%,回收率在96.75%~105.00%范围内。结论:用微量微生物法测定SPLX血药浓度,操作简便,成本低廉,样品用量少,精密度高,适用于体内药物浓度监测。
Objective: To establish a serum concentration of sparfloxacin (SPLX) microbiological assay. Methods: Microbiological method was used. Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli were selected as experimental strains to determine the concentration of SPLX. Results: Measured Bacillus subtilis r = 0.9995 ± 0.0002; Escherichia coli r = 0.9985 ± 0.0007. The RSD of precision is less than 5.35% and the recovery rate is within the range of 96.75% ~ 105.00%. Conclusion: The determination of SPLX plasma concentration by microbiological method is simple and easy to operate with low cost, low sample consumption and high precision. It is suitable for in vivo drug concentration monitoring.
