锌是人体内生理功能最为重要的微量元素之一,在人体各组织器官内均有分布。锌是70多种金属酶的组成成份或直接参与酶系的活化,因此,其生理功能及其研究涉及医学的各个领域。锌与DNA,RNA和蛋白质的生物合成等有着不可分割的联系。缺锌可导致蛋白质、糖类和脂类严重的代谢障碍,导致生长发育迟缓、伤口愈合不良、口腔粘膜病变和味觉障碍等病症。锌作为一种重要的辅助药物治疗口腔粘膜病、创伤、炎症和恶性肿瘤等具有不可忽视的临床价值。
Zinc is one of the most important trace elements of physiological functions in the human body and is distributed in various tissues and organs of the human body. Zinc is a constituent of more than 70 metalloenzymes or is directly involved in the activation of the enzyme system, therefore, its physiological function and its research are involved in all fields of medicine. Zinc and DNA, RNA and protein biosynthesis are inextricably linked. Zinc deficiency can cause severe metabolic disorders of proteins, carbohydrates and lipids, leading to growth retardation, poor wound healing, oral mucosal lesions and dysgeusia of taste. Zinc has important clinical value as an important adjuvant in the treatment of oral mucosal diseases, trauma, inflammation and malignant tumors.
