我厂清洗Ⅱ型洗衣机外箱体一直沿用汽油清洗的老工艺,这种清洗方法,不但劳动强度大、易燃烧,更重要的是不易实现大批量的自动化生产,为了使Ⅱ型洗衣机外箱体清洗工艺适应大批量生产的要求,减轻工人的劳动强度,改善环境污染,防止火灾事故的发生,我们根据我厂实际及部分技术资料对“水溶性金属清洗剂”清洗金属零件的工艺及生产线的设计进行了可行性及设计方案论证。设计方案确定后,即着手设计出图,8_5
