探可持续发展理念下的水利水电工程

国家最基础的建设指标就是水利水电工程,也是关系到国民可持续发展的一个重要因素。水电开发不仅利于国家同时也造福百姓,也为社会经济的可持续发展做出了显著的贡献。但是,在水利水电发展过程中取得优越成绩的同时,也面临着怎样实现可持续发展的重大问题。基于此,就水电怎样走可持续发展道路这一论题进行讨论和阐述。介绍水利水电工程的作用和水电工程在建设过程中带来的影响,也从建筑和环境理念的角度对其问题提出了合理化建议和解决方法。 The country’s most basic construction target is water conservancy and hydropower projects, but also an important factor that affects the sustainable development of the people. Hydropower development not only benefits the country but also benefits the people and makes a significant contribution to the sustainable social and economic development. However, while achieving excellent results in the development of water conservancy and hydropower, it also faces major issues of how to achieve sustainable development. Based on this, we will discuss and elaborate on the theme of how hydropower can go on sustainable development. The role of water conservancy and hydropower projects and the impact of hydropower projects in the construction process are also introduced. Rational solutions and suggestions are also put forward on the issues from the perspective of architecture and environment.
