近年来地下空间的开发利用逐渐普遍,由于功能要求,地下室往往面积大,体量大,超过设置伸缩缝的最小间距。地下室砼因裂缝导致渗漏水的现象也频频出现,有的甚至影响到建筑物的使用功能和安全。本文以韶钢八号高炉地下管廊工程为实例,通过对地下室砼开裂的原因进行分析,结合工程实践,提出了各种处理措施。
In recent years, the development and utilization of underground space has become more and more common. Due to the functional requirements, the basement often has a large area and a large volume, which exceeds the minimum spacing for setting expansion joints. The phenomenon of leakage of water due to cracks in the basement is also frequent, and some of them even affect the function and safety of the building. This paper takes the underground steel tube project of No.8 BF in Handan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. as an example, analyzes the causes of cracking in the basement, and combines the engineering practice to propose various treatment measures.
