本文讨论了对流热损小的太阳能平板集热器空气夹层间距的选取问题。给出了用瞬态卡计法得到的平板空气夹层内自然对流换热的分区准则关系式,分析了对流换热密度随空气夹层间距的变化,确定了第一和第二有利间距的范围。还介绍了在不同工况下不同的间距对对流热损影响的实验研究。确定的合理的间距为4~6cm。
This paper discusses the selection of the air interlayer spacing of solar panel collectors with small convection heat loss. The partitioning criterion for the natural convection heat transfer in the flat air interlayer is obtained by using the transient calculus method. The variation of the convective heat transfer density with the air interlayer spacing is analyzed, and the range of the first and second favorable spacings is determined. The experimental study on the effect of different spacing on convection heat loss under different working conditions is also introduced. Determine the reasonable spacing of 4 ~ 6cm.
