一、前言奥氏体不锈钢具有较好的耐蚀性,但由于硬度不太高和耐磨性欠佳而使其应用受到一定的限制。经离子渗氮后,不锈钢的硬度可以提高很多,但却增加了点蚀敏感性。因此,寻找合理的渗氮温度、渗氮气氛以及渗氮后的处理方式,以改善渗层的结构和耐蚀性,为人们所关注。本工作通过对不同热处理条件下渗层的结构和耐蚀性的研究,寻求适当的热处理工艺,以期获得高硬度、高耐磨性和孔蚀敏感性低的渗氮层。
First, the preface Austenitic stainless steel has good corrosion resistance, but due to the hardness is not too high and poor wear resistance and its application is subject to certain restrictions. After ion nitriding, the hardness of stainless steel can be improved a lot, but increased pitting sensitivity. Therefore, looking for a reasonable nitriding temperature, nitriding atmosphere and nitriding after treatment, in order to improve the structure and corrosion resistance of the infiltration layer, for people’s attention. This work through the different heat treatment under the conditions of the structure and corrosion resistance of the seepage to find the appropriate heat treatment process, in order to obtain high hardness, high wear resistance and pitting sensitivity of low nitriding layer.
