采用等离子喷涂技术(APS)在45钢表面制备了铝硅聚苯酯涂层,对原始涂层和经过不同时间热老化后的涂层进行冲蚀试验,研究热老化对铝硅聚苯酯封严涂层抵抗砂粒冲蚀性能的影响。采用激光共聚焦显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪及光学显微镜等分析涂层的性能和失效机理。结果表明:热老化导致涂层结构完整性遭到破坏,并且降低了涂层中铝硅合金的强度和塑性;随着热老化时间的延长,涂层的抗砂粒冲蚀能力变差,特别是经过300 h热老化后,涂层中出现了铝硅合金的贯穿开裂,使得涂层中较强韧的金属网骨架发生破坏,导致涂层的抗砂粒冲蚀性能严重恶化。
The AlSiP coating was prepared on the surface of 45 steel by plasma spraying technology (APS). The erosion test was carried out on the original coating and the coating after heat aging at different times. Strict coating resistance to sand erosion. The properties and failure mechanisms of the coatings were analyzed by laser scanning confocal microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and optical microscopy. The results show that the thermal aging results in the destruction of the structural integrity of the coating and reduces the strength and ductility of the Al-Si alloy in the coating. As the aging time increases, the erosion resistance of the coating decreases, especially After 300 h thermal aging, the Al-Si alloy penetrates through the coating, which leads to the destruction of the tougher metal grid skeleton in the coating, which leads to the serious deterioration of the corrosion resistance of the coating.
