本文以不同地理种源马尾松花粉为试验材料,进行了花粉营养元素、花粉萌发状况、花粉过氧化物酶同工酶及其性状变异的研究。结果表明,马尾松花粉含有N,P,K,Zn等15种营养元素。各地马尾松花粉营养元素含量存在差异,其中部分元素之间存在一定的比例关系。马尾松花粉管有着不同的类型。花粉管生长长度与置床时间呈线性关系,与蔗糖浓度呈三次抛物线关系。花粉多在5%蔗糖浓度的培养基上生长最好。马尾松花粉过氧化物酶同工酶分为A,B两区。酶带多分布在B区且活性强。其酶谱存在着不同谱型。花粉POD的酶带数目及相对活性可以做为其活力的一个生理指标。马尾松花粉营养元素含量、萌发特性及过氧化物酶同工酶绝大部分性状都没有地理变异规律。
In this paper, different geographical provenance of Pinus massoniana pollen as the experimental material, pollen nutrition elements, pollen germination, pollen peroxidase isozymes and their variation of traits. The results showed that pollen of Pinus massoniana contained 15 kinds of nutrients such as N, P, K and Zn. There are differences in the content of nutrient elements in Pinus massoniana pollen among them, some of which have a certain proportion. Pinus massoniana pollen tubes have different types. The length of pollen tube grew linearly with the time of bed placement, and was parabolic with sucrose concentration. Pollen mostly grew better on medium with 5% sucrose concentration. Masson pine pollen isoenzyme is divided into A, B two districts. Enzyme band and distribution in the B area and strong activity. There are different patterns of its zymogram. Pollen POD enzyme band number and relative activity can be used as a physiological indicator of its vitality. Masson pine pollen nutrient content, germination characteristics and peroxidase isoenzyme most of the traits have no geographical variation.
