A 1-meter-long glass column with an inner diameter of 2 mm was used to fill the organic carrier of Shanghai 402 with a size of 60 to 80 mesh and coated with a 10% PEGA + 2% H_3PO_4 stationary phase. Vaporization chamber temperature 220 ℃. Column room temperature
