第三届国际材料热处理大会于1983年11月7日至11日在上海举行。出席会议的有22个国家的正式代表二百名。其中我国的正式代表一百名,另有旁听代表一百五十名列席了会议。大会上共宣读了七十篇论文(其中我国有十六篇),另外还有四十二篇论文以小字报形式展出。这次大会上不仅有热处理方面的理论研究,而且有热处理设备、生产实践、工艺流程、节能、质量管理等多方面的内容,基本上反映了当前世界上热处理技术发展的趋向。论文内容可分类如下:物理冶金学在热处理中的应用方面18篇(包括稀土元素的应用);可控气氛方面
The 3rd International Heat Treatment Conference was held in Shanghai from November 7 to November 11, 1983. There were 200 official representatives from 22 countries attending the meeting. One hundred of the official representatives of our country attended the meeting while another 150 were observing delegates. A total of seventy papers (including sixteen in China) were read out at the conference, and another forty-two papers were printed in the form of a poster. This conference not only has theoretical research on heat treatment, but also has many aspects such as heat treatment equipment, production practice, process flow, energy saving and quality control, basically reflecting the trend of development of heat treatment technology in the world at present.
