剪力墙裂缝的产生是多因素叠加、累加的过程,笔者的观点是:合格的混凝土是混凝土裂缝控制的前提,现场施工的控制是关键,后期合理的养护是保障,我们每控制一项,裂缝产生的几率就会降低一分。带模养护是地下室剪力墙较为常用的养护方法,一般要求带模养护时间不宜少于3天甚至7天,而很多项目在控制拆模时间时更多的是根据材料周转需求,拆模时间不一,有早有晚。但实践证明,拆模时间对竖向剪力墙收缩裂缝的控制有着不可忽视的影响。
