现代赏识教育理念认为:孩子的心灵是否舒展是教育成败的关键,心灵舒展的孩子必然会快乐而轻松地飞,心灵压抑的孩子只能痛苦而缓慢地爬。在音乐课堂中,全体学生均能积极主动地参与音乐实践活动,师生“学友式”和睦相待,课堂在一定的规则约束下高效地运行,这就是众多育人者所追求的积极意义的课堂环境。这一切必须以教师了解和尊重学生的个人兴趣、感受、家庭文化背景等内在特质,充分满足学生的情感、动机需求为前提,要求教师不再是居高临下的知识传播者,而成为学生学习的指导者和朋友,更好地培养学生的学习能力、思考能力和自我约束力,造就终身爱好学习的自主学习者。
