沧州地区的混凝土管道经历了从平口振捣混凝土管到薄壁粉煤灰混凝土立式挤压管的发展过程。文中对发展过程中的几种混凝土管道的优缺点进行了比较,认为利用混凝土地下管道进行灌溉,有节水、节能、省地、省工和扩大灌溉面积、适应农业生产责任制等效果。最后,对混凝土地下管道的发展提出了几点建议:搞好优化设计;重点推广肥城滑模现浇混凝土管道新技术;加快对管件的研制工作;加强对地下管道的管理工作;搞好技术培训。
Cangzhou concrete pipe experienced from flat vibrating concrete pipe to thin-walled fly ash concrete vertical extrusion tube development process. The paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of concrete pipelines in the process of development, and thinks that the use of concrete underground pipelines for irrigation has the effect of saving water, saving energy, saving land, saving labor, expanding irrigation area and adapting to agricultural production responsibility system. Finally, some suggestions on the development of concrete underground pipe are put forward: do a good job of optimization design; focus on the promotion of Feicheng sliding mode cast-in-place concrete pipe new technology; speed up the development of pipe fittings; strengthen the management of underground pipelines; do a good job in technical training .
