目的观察一种臭氧水处理设备的消毒效果与卫生安全性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和理化性能试验方法,对该臭氧水处理设备消毒相关性能进行实验室试验。结果该臭氧水处理设备产臭氧量可达到10 g/h。在常规程序运行条件下,经该设备消毒处理后再放置4 min,可使含大肠杆菌53 000~64 000 cfu/100 ml下降至0 cfu/100 ml。使用该设备在额定条件下下运行时,管网自来水进出水中细菌总数、总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群、色度、浑浊度、嗅味、肉眼可见物、pH值、溴酸盐、甲醛等指标均符合生活饮用水标准。设备运行时,工作环境空气中臭氧浓度范围为0.022~0.046 mg/m3。结论该臭氧水消毒设备具有良好的消毒效果,卫生安全性能良好,环境空气排放臭氧量符合安全要求。
