首先利用十六烷基三甲基氯化铵对蒙脱土(MMT)进行有机改性制得有机蒙脱土(OMT),通过粒径分析仪、FT-IR、XRD和TGA分别对改性前后MMT的粒径大小、官能团变化、结构和热性能进行了表征。然后将MMT和OMT与聚乳酸(PLA)在双螺杆挤出机中熔融混合,经过牵伸卷绕装置制备出PLA/MMT和PLA/OMT复合长丝;利用视频显微镜和单纱强力仪研究了PLA/MMT和PLA/OMT复合长丝的结构形貌和力学性能。结果表明:改性后的MMT与基体有较好的相容性,改善了PLA复合长丝的力学性能。
First, montmorillonite (MMT) was organically modified with cetyltrimethylammonium chloride to prepare organic montmorillonite (OMT). The modified montmorillonite (OMT) was modified by particle size analyzer, FT-IR, The particle size, functional group changes, structure and thermal properties of MMT were characterized before and after. The MMT and OMT were then melt-mixed with PLA in a twin-screw extruder, and PLA / MMT and PLA / OMT composite filaments were prepared by a draw-off-winding device. Using a video microscope and single yarn strength tester, Structural morphology and mechanical properties of PLA / MMT and PLA / OMT composite filaments. The results show that the modified MMT has good compatibility with the matrix and improves the mechanical properties of the PLA composite filament.
