数字化对有线运营商来说,不但是一次技术升级,更将面临体制、机制、服务、赢利模式探索、市场化运营等多方面的挑战,与此同时,有线运营商还要应对地面、CMMB、直播卫星、电信IPTV等多种竞争对手的围追堵截。在资金匮乏、增值业务赢利模式缺位、全球经济大幅下滑的大环境下,有线运营商尤其是规模较小的地市级运营商应该如何进行整转、如何确保运营、如何实现发展呢? 2008年,大庆在“盈利整转”、大同在数字平台搭建、大理在网络整合、整转及增值业务开拓等方面进行了深入探索,各自形成了一套独特的发展模式。铺开中国数字电视的产业地图,这三“大”地级市从东北、华北到西南,串起了一条颇具标志性的线索,无论经济发展还是用户状况都非常具有代表性。08岁末,对这三“大”地级市数字化进程的回望,希望能为全国同等规模城市的整转、运营和发展带来启迪。热忱欢迎您的观点,来稿请发:wang_yun@ccw.com.cn。
