隆尧秧歌戏,相对于清末出现的评剧、越剧,历史起源更悠久。之所以没有像评剧越剧一样发展成为全国名剧种,究其原因,一是缺乏改革意识,隆尧秧歌戏没有适应当前社会的发展潮流。二是没有传承保护意识。没有自己的名剧目,名演员。一些老艺人的传统艺术,目前后继无人。当前,在全球经济一体化的形势下,保护不同民族、不同地域的传统文化,维护民族文化的独立和世界文化的多样化已成为国际社会共同关注的问题,中国传统戏曲是民俗文化的重要组成部分,是人类非物质文化遗产的巨大财富,要调动全社会各方面的力量,保护和传承中华民族固有的民俗文化。通过对隆尧秧歌戏的传承的研究,对这项非物质文化遗产提出相对符合当地实际,有一定操作性的的保护方法。

Through the study of the inheritance of Longyao yangko opera, this paper presents a certain operational protection method for this intangible cultural heritage which is relatively in line with local reality.
