随着新课程标准的颁布,教师们纷纷尝试在课堂上组织小组合作。但是在实际教学实践中,存在着一些问题,使小组合作低效,甚至无效。合作学习的操作应用是一个系统工程,需要老师的用心、耐心。小组成员间的积极配合、责任分工、相互尊重、及时评价是小组合作学习的关键因素。笔者尝试从小组的组建、小组合作的时机以及如何评价小组合作的效果方面,对如何有效进行小组
With the promulgation of new curriculum standards, teachers have tried to organize teamwork in the classroom. However, in practical teaching practice, there are some problems that make the cooperation of the group inefficient and even invalid. Cooperative learning operation application is a systematic project, the teacher’s intentions, patience. Team members actively cooperate with each other, division of responsibilities, mutual respect, and timely evaluation is the key factor in group cooperative learning. The author tries to find out how to effectively carry out the work of the group on the formation of the group, the timing of the group cooperation and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the group cooperation
