目的了解咸宁市孕妇艾滋病知晓情况以及是否存在高危行为。方法对400名孕妇进行艾滋病知识知晓情况的问卷调查。结果孕妇艾滋病知晓率为50.25%,少数孕妇有艾滋病高危行为;30岁以上孕妇知晓率相对较高(χ2=21.77,P<0.05);已婚孕妇知晓率高于未婚孕妇(χ2=8.84,P<0.05);受教育程度越高,孕妇艾滋病知识知晓率越高(χ2=28.52,P<0.05);多次怀孕者知晓率高于初孕者(χ2=4.19,P<0.05)。结论咸宁市孕妇艾滋病认知水平不高,存在高危行为,应加强宣传教育。
Objective To understand the AIDS awareness of pregnant women in Xianning and whether there is a high risk behavior. Methods A questionnaire survey of 400 pregnant women about AIDS knowledge was conducted. Results Awareness rate of AIDS among pregnant women was 50.25%. A few pregnant women had a high risk of AIDS. The awareness rate of pregnant women over the age of 30 was relatively high (χ2 = 21.77, P <0.05). The awareness rate of married pregnant women was higher than that of unmarried pregnant women (χ2 = 8.84, P <0.05). The higher the level of education, the higher the awareness rate of AIDS among pregnant women (χ2 = 28.52, P <0.05). The awareness rate of multiple pregnancy was higher than that of the first pregnancy (χ2 = 4.19, P <0.05). Conclusion There is a high level of AIDS awareness among pregnant women in Xianning City, and high-risk behavior should be observed. Publicity and education should be strengthened.
