动车组餐饮供应是一种全新的经营模式,为确保铁路客运安全,对当前各型动车组(一型、二型、三型和五型)的供餐方式及车厢内部卫生设施进行调研,对动车组的食品安全卫生特点、监督管理体系等问题进行深入探讨、评价和总结,并科学地提出改进建议和措施,确定动车组最安全的餐供方式。同时,积极探索符合动车组实际的新的卫生监督管理模式,为铁道部卫生决策部门建立有中国铁路站车餐饮特色并与国际接轨的集质量、环保、职业安全健康于一体的铁路动车组站车食品安全管理体系的制定及科学的决策提供参考。
In order to ensure the safety of railway passenger transport, the catering supply for EMU is a brand new management mode. The current supply of various types of EMUs (type I, type II, type III and type V) and the internal hygiene facilities in the compartments are investigated. EMU’s food safety and hygiene features, supervision and management system and other issues in-depth discussion, evaluation and summary, and make recommendations for improvement and measures to determine the safest mode of supply EMU. At the same time, the Group will actively explore new health supervision and management modes that conform to the actual conditions of the EMUs and establish a railway EMU train station integrating quality, environmental protection and occupational safety and health with the characteristics of China’s railway station car catering and with the international standards for the health decision-making departments of the Ministry of Railways Vehicle food safety management system formulation and scientific decision-making to provide a reference.
