为更好地开展“专接本”教学管理工作,对近几年“专接本”工作进行总结,结合其他学者的研究成果,研究出一套行之有效的管理措施。管理改革内容包括与本科人才培养方案衔接,创新实训体系和特色学生管理工作,强化综合实践、顶岗实习与接本毕业设计契合程度,极大提高了“专接本”教学效果,为解决“专接本”教学过程中的问题提供了新的思路。
