NSFC Vice President,Prof.Shen Wenqing met with a delegation led by Ms.Pamela K.Anderson, Director of the International Potato Center(CIP) on August 16,2010.CIP is one of the 15 centers of the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research(CGIAR),currently has an office in Beijing and will establish an Asia-Pacific-region research center in the city.
