为构建辣椒形态结构模型,实现植株可视化,在田间试验的基础上,综合分析了温度对辣椒叶片形态发生的影响,量化了温度与叶片形态建成的关系,构建了基于有效积温(GDD)、以Logistic方程为基础的辣椒叶片长度、宽度及数量形态发生的动态模型,并利用独立的试验资料对模型进行检验。结果表明:辣椒叶片长度、宽度及数量的模拟值与观察值之间的均方根差分别为1.328cm、0.384cm和6.615片,辣椒叶片形态发生的观测值与模拟值具有良好的吻合度,模型具有较好的准确性和预测性。
In order to construct the model of pepper structure and realize the visualization of plants, the effects of temperature on the morphological changes of pepper leaves were comprehensively analyzed based on the field experiments. The relationship between temperature and leaf morphogenesis was quantified. Based on the effective accumulated temperature (GDD) Logistic equation was used as the dynamic model of the length, width and number of pepper leaves. The model was tested by independent test data. The results showed that the root mean square difference between the simulation value and the observed value of the length, width and number of pepper leaves were 1.328cm, 0.384cm and 6.615, respectively. The observed value of the shape of pepper leaves had a good agreement with the simulated value, The model has good accuracy and predictability.
