本研究通过描述一个农村艺术教师在学习、教学与活动中是如何成长的经历,探讨农村艺术教师成长的方法与途径,并构建艺术教师整体成长的⊥型模式和评价标准。
In this study, by describing how a rural art teacher grew up in learning, teaching and activities, this paper explores ways and means of rural art teachers’ growth and constructs the ⊥ model and evaluation criteria for the overall growth of art teachers.
