科学哲学究竟应该研究什么?在《科学哲学》创刊60周年之际,这一问题的答案仍不十分清楚。从前,科学哲学似乎主要研究科学理论的迷惑和不完美之处,很少涉及管理领域。但管理是人类至关重要的活动,如果管理不当,那么就会给我们带来毁灭性灾难。特别是,非常需要反思如何管理科学,因为科学家认为自己是“真理制造者”。因此,希望科学哲学致力于探索现代科学中的真正疑惑之处,研究如何管理自由科学以使得把合理的伦理论证转变为伦理行动。
What should be studied in philosophy of science? The answer to this question on the 60th anniversary of the founding of Philosophy of Science remains unclear. In the past, philosophy of science seemed to mainly focus on the confusion and imperfection of scientific theories and rarely on the field of management. However, management is a vital activity for mankind. If not managed properly, it will bring devastating disaster to us. In particular, there is a great need to reflect on how to manage science because scientists consider themselves “truth makers.” Therefore, it is hoped that philosophy of science will be devoted to exploring the real doubts in modern science and to studying how to regulate liberal science so that rational ethical arguments can be transformed into ethical actions.
