做老师累,做班主任更累,“累”似乎成了每一名中小学班主任对于班级管理工作最直接的心理体验。然而对于一名有责任感的班主任来说,工作中怕的应该不是累,而是累得冤枉和低效。因此,如何提高班主任班级管理工作的效率,就成了提高班主任的工作积极性和提升班主任的职业幸福感所需要关注的首要问题。班级社会化管理是一种有效提升班主任班级管理效能的方法之一,值得在班级管理工作中加以借鉴。
