Recently, the Provincial Law Society organized a seminar on studying the “Criminal Procedure Law of Administrative Punishment Corporations”. Participants held extensive discussions on the introduction of “two laws.” They all agreed that the current socialist modernization in our country is now at a very important historical stage. The whole party and the whole country are making efforts to build China into a socialist legal state according to Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s theory. The legal state needs complete laws.
