西安西北建筑设计院曹希曾同志参加1980年日本“国家住宅设计竞赛”的方案获佳作奖。这次竞赛由日本国家住宅建材公司主办。竞赛宗旨:传给下一个时代的住宅——考虑工业化的可能。具体要求:独立式住宅;建筑面积200平米;建筑密度50％;适应日本地理气候条件、风俗习惯和下一个时代居住的要求。竞赛主持者共收到应征方案142个,评奖结果,一等奖及二等奖各一名,三等奖三名,四等奖(佳作奖)十名。中国曹希曾获四等奖。曹所作方案为四口之家的两层住宅,建筑基地面积242平米,建筑占地122平米,建筑面积为203平米,钢筋混凝土板式结构。平面设计采取洋式、和式相结合的原则,计有洋室三间(在楼上),和室一间,日本式茶室、起居兼餐室,书房各一间及其它辅
Comrade Cao Xizeng of Xi’an Northwest Architectural Design Institute participated in the 1980 “National Housing Design Competition” program and won the Best Prize. The competition was hosted by Japan National Building Materials Corporation. The purpose of the competition: to be passed to the houses of the next era - consider the possibility of industrialization. Specific requirements: detached house; construction area of 200 square meters; building density of 50%; adapt to Japan’s geographical and climatic conditions, customs and habits of the next era of living. The contest host received altogether 142 application plans, award results, one first and second prize, three third prizes and ten fourth-prize awards. Chinese Cao Xi won the fourth prize. Cao’s plan is for a two-story family of four, with a building area of 242 square meters, a construction area of 122 square meters, a building area of 203 square meters, and a reinforced concrete slab structure. The graphic design adopts the principle of combining western style and style, including three western rooms (upstairs), one room, Japanese tea room, living and dining room, one study room and other auxiliary rooms.
