本文探讨研发项目中隐性知识传递效果的影响机制,我们把研发活动区分为创意产生类活动和问题解决类活动。首先我们分析了项目特征对于隐性知识传递效果的主效应,发现项目团队集权程度对隐性知识传递具有负向作用而其它项目特征对隐性知识传递均有正向作用;其次我们比较了两类活动中任务特征在项目特征对于隐性知识传递效果关系中的调制作用,发现在两类活动中任务特征的调制作用具有显著不同的特点;最后,我们提出了简要的研究结论。
This article explores the impact mechanism of tacit knowledge delivery in R & D projects. We divide R & D activities into activities that generate ideas and solve problems. First of all, we analyze the main effects of project characteristics on the transmission of tacit knowledge. We find that the degree of centralization of project team has a negative effect on tacit knowledge transfer while other project characteristics have a positive effect on tacit knowledge transfer. Secondly, we compare two The modulation of task features in class activities in the relationship between project features and tacit knowledge transfer found that the modulation of task features has significantly different characteristics in both types of activities. Finally, we present a brief conclusion.
