近来心率变异性(Heart Rate Variability,HRV)、压力反射敏感性(Baroreflex Sensitivity,BRS)已作为反映自主神经功能的指标被人们广泛应用于临床,以评估心梗的猝死风险。最近国外学者根据化学反射的原理提出了一个新的SCD风险分析指标:化学反射敏感性(Chenoreflex Sensitivity,CHRS)。旨在通过临床观察患者吸氧前后心率变化以评价其化学反射敏感性,寻找一个评价冠心病患者预后的新方法。
Recently, heart rate variability (HRV) and baroreflex sensitivity (BRS) have been widely used clinically as indicators of autonomic nerve function to assess the risk of sudden death in MI. Recently, foreign scholars proposed a new index of SCD risk analysis based on the principle of chemical reflection: the chemical reaction sensitivity (Chenoreflex Sensitivity, CHRS). The purpose of this study is to find a new method to evaluate the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease by clinically observing the change of heart rate before and after oxygen inhalation to evaluate its chemosensitivity.
