目前已知降钙素基因相关肽(Calcitonin Gene-Releted Peptide,CGRP)可以舒张血管、增加局部血流。本工作研究CGRP对脑血流的影响。采用体重280~300克的成年雄性大鼠48只,腹腔注射20%乌拉坦麻醉后固定于脑立体定位仪。根据Louis鼠脑定向图谱进行侧脑室定位并钻孔,为侧脑室注射备用。脑血流采用非损伤阻抗法测定,将记录电极分别置于大鼠头部两侧乳突部位,通过国产XLT-73型晶体管血流图仪与日本光电RM-6000型多导生
Calcitonin Gene-Releted Peptide (CGRP) is known to relax blood vessels and increase local blood flow. This work investigates the effect of CGRP on cerebral blood flow. 48 adult male rats weighing 280-300 g were anesthetized by intraperitoneal injection of 20% urethane and fixed in a stereotactic apparatus. According to Louis rat brain orientation map for lateral ventricle positioning and drilling for the lateral ventricle injection standby. The blood flow of the brain was measured by non-invasive impedance method. The recording electrodes were placed on the mastoid parts on both sides of the head of the rats respectively.
