目的:研究油橄榄叶提取物(OLE)治疗铅中毒小鼠后小脑皮层组织结构和抗氧化能力的变化。方法:150只小鼠连续灌胃醋酸铅溶液(20 mg/kg)30 d,再分别给予不同剂量的(0、250、500和1000 mg/kg)的OLE进行灌胃治疗,用生物显微技术观察小脑皮层组织结构的变化,用比色法检测小鼠小脑超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量,免疫组织化学法检测小脑皮层Bax蛋白的表达。结果:模型对照组小脑浦肯野细胞固缩、萎缩且数量减少。颗粒细胞排列紊乱、数量减少。铅使小脑SOD、CAT活性降低,MDA的含量升高,Bax蛋白的表达增强。用不同剂量的OLE(250、500和1000 mg/kg)进行治疗50天后显著改善了上述的病理改变。结论:OLE能促进小脑的抗氧化能力,抑制铅造成的脑损害。
Objective: To study the changes of cerebellar cortex tissue structure and anti-oxidative capacity after the treatment of olive leaf extract (OLE) in mice with lead poisoning. Methods: 150 mice were treated with lead acetate solution (20 mg / kg) for 30 days. OLE (0, 250, 500 and 1000 mg / kg) The changes of cerebellar cortex tissue structure were observed. Conclusion: OLE can promote the antioxidant capacity of the cerebellum and inhibit lead-induced brain damage.
