目的:测定市售柴胡、春柴胡柴胡皂苷a、d的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,使用C_(18)柱,乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为210 nm,流速1.0 ml·min~(-1),柱温35℃。结果:柴胡皂苷a、d的线性范围分别为0.19~12.13μg(r=0.9999),0.26~16.52μg(r=0.999 9),回收率分别为96.30%及98.23%。结论:商品柴胡的柴胡皂苷a、d含量差异悬殊,目前市场上作为春柴胡使用的南柴胡地上部分药用价值有待商榷。
Objective: To determine the contents of saikosaponin a and d in Bupleurum chinense and Radix chuanxiong. METHODS: HPLC method was used on a C 18 column with acetonitrile-water as mobile phase gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 210 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min -1, and the column temperature was 35°C. Results: The linear ranges of saikosaponin a and d were 0.19 to 12.13 μg (r=0.9999) and 0.26 to 16.52 μg (r=0.999 9), respectively. The recoveries were 96.30% and 98.23%, respectively. Conclusion: There is a great difference in the content of saikosaponin a and d in commercial Bupleurum chinense, and the medicinal value of the above-ground part of Nanchaihu used as Chunchaihu in the market is yet to be discussed.
