岩溶地下水可分为三层:上层垂向渗灌,中层横向流动,下层是承压水比较静止,水库渗漏和地下水开发利用是中层。研究勘探中层,避免渗漏,必要时进行防渗工程措施是行之有效的。地下水的开发利用,应采取拦、蓄、引三位一体的方案为上策,是为子孙万代的永久之计;“提”要因地制宜,要有节制的,要算水账,要统一规划部署。不要密集的打井,不要大量吸取地下水,不要长期的超过了它的补给来源,以致逐步降低了大面积的地下水位,后果是重要的。
Karst groundwater can be divided into three layers: the upper vertical infiltration irrigation, middle horizontal flow, the lower pressure water is relatively static, reservoir leakage and groundwater development and utilization of the middle. It is effective to study the middle layer of exploration to avoid leakage and carry out anti-seepage engineering measures if necessary. The exploitation and utilization of groundwater should adopt the plan of stopping, storing and guiding the Trinity as the best policy and the permanent measure for future generations. The mention of “mentioning” should be based on local conditions and be moderately controlled, and should be planned and deployed in a unified way. Do not intensive drilling wells, do not draw groundwater in large quantities, do not exceed its long-term supply of sources, resulting in a gradual reduction of groundwater table, the consequences are important.
