The electrophysiological basis of human and animal arrhythmias is a topic that has been vigorously explored in recent years. In-depth study of electrophysiological changes in ischemic myocardium, can provide a theoretical basis for clarifying the cause of severe arrhythmia caused by myocardial infarction. This article first explored the impact of ischemia on ventricular muscle, which focused on the analysis of the resting potential and action potential of ischemic cells, delayed activation of ischemic myocardium, excitability and refractory period, and discussed the ischemic TQST segment shift The mechanisms of ischemia were discussed. The effects of ischemia on ventricular conduction system and ventricular fibrillation threshold during myocardial ischemia were discussed. The cellular environment and metabolism during myocardial ischemia were introduced. Finally, a summary of the issues to be studied in the field in the future is given.
