目的 :探讨尾核内多巴胺活动对心血管功能的影响 ,方法 :给乌拉坦麻醉大鼠尾核内微量注射多巴胺受体激动剂、拮抗剂 ,观察其动脉血压和心率的变化。结果 :一侧尾核内微量注射多巴胺或多巴胺受体激动剂阿朴吗啡均引起大鼠动脉血压、心率的显著增加。注射多巴胺受体拮抗剂氟哌啶醇则引起血压和心率的降低。结论 :大鼠尾核可通过多巴胺受体起作用参与心血管活动的调控。
Objective: To investigate the effect of dopamine activity in caudate nucleus on cardiovascular function. Methods: Dopaminergic agonists and antagonists were injected into the caudate nucleus of the urethane anesthetized rats to observe the change of arterial blood pressure and heart rate. Results: Microinjection of dopamine or dopamine receptor agonist apomorphine into the caudate nucleus caused a significant increase of arterial blood pressure and heart rate in rats. Injection of the dopamine receptor antagonist haloperidol causes a decrease in blood pressure and heart rate. Conclusion: The rat caudate nucleus can participate in the regulation of cardiovascular activity through dopamine receptors.
