用甲基氯硅烷高沸物为原料,在甲苯中与氨反应,生成聚硅氮烷。在氮气保护下,以1200℃将聚硅氮烷进行热裂解,生成以Si_3N_4为主的原料。它在950℃热重分析失重0.05%,呈现很好的耐热性能,并用IR、UV和′H-NMR对它作了分析。
Methylchlorosilane high boilers as raw materials, toluene and ammonia reaction, generating polysilazane. The polysilazane was pyrolyzed at 1200 ℃ under the protection of nitrogen to produce Si_3N_4-based material.
