每遇经营备战期,销售增量问题都会被企业管理者和经营者所重视,进行反复思考。因为增量意味着经营的可持续,意味着形成新的盈利,所以系统增量分析是经营战略,对企业发展至关重要。但是,我们在实际经营中常常遇到的困惑是,当销售达到某一个时点时,销量会持续平稳或下滑,并不如预期想象会产生或形成增量因素。分析其主要原因,是盐政管理力度与执法效果关系到市场,行政干预影响销售。站在经营角度来看,无论什么性质的商品,社会接纳程度和消费习惯决定了销量。
