本文报告67例复杂性肾结石,在不阻断肾动脉肾实质切开取石,收到了满意的效果。现将切口选择、取石要点、术中肾功能保护介绍如下。 临床资料 一、一般资料:本组病例男41例,女26例。年龄16—63岁。右肾结石38例,左肾结石23例,双肾结石6例。12例有氮质血症。2例有对侧肾切除史。结石最多达514枚,最重37g。术前排泄性静脉造影均有积水,合并肾功能不全者积水明显加重。
