主任、副主任、秘书长、各位委员:根据省十二届人大常委会第三十三次会议的安排,我代表省政府,向本次会议报告《浙江省社会养老服务促进条例》执行情况。一、所做的工作和取得的成效深入推进社会养老服务工作,是积极应对人口老龄化、保障改善老年人民生的重要举措。近年来,省委、省政府将养老服务工作摆在优先位置,予以大力推进。今年,夏宝龙书记又亲自点题、亲自领衔,将养老服务业列入年度重点改革突破项目。省人大对这项工作高度关注,给予有力的监督和指导,并于去年颁布实施了国内首部养老服务方面的地方性法规,将我省养老服务工作纳入法制化、规范化的发展轨 In accordance with the arrangement of the 33rd meeting of the 12th NPC Standing Committee, on behalf of the provincial government, I hereby report to the meeting on the implementation of the “Regulations on Promotion of Social Old-age Care Services in Zhejiang Province”.
