目的探讨油菜蜂花粉黄酮类化合物对血脂紊乱、糖尿病、脑梗塞患者血脂、血糖、炎性因子的影响和抗氧化等作用。方法选择确诊血脂紊乱、2型糖尿病、脑梗塞和健康者各30例,给与油菜蜂花粉黄酮类化合物口服40 mg,每日2次,持续2个月。观察服用前后血糖(BG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板计数(PCT)、高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)和丙二醛(MDA)等指标。结果糖尿病组、脑梗塞组指标基础值包括TC、BG、WBC,PLT、hsCRP,和血脂紊乱组、糖尿病组、脑梗塞组TG、MDA水平均明显高于健康组(P<0.05~0.001)。服用油菜峰花粉黄酮类化合物2个月后,血脂紊乱组、糖尿病组和脑梗塞各组TG、WBC、PLT、hsCRP和MDA明显下降,而HDL-C显著升高(P<0.05~0.001);血糖、TC、LDL-C水平也有一定程度下降,健康组各指标也有不同程度波动,均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论油菜峰花粉黄酮类化合物具有一定程度的改善血脂、抗炎、抗氧化的作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of rape bee-pollen flavonoids on blood lipids, blood glucose, inflammatory factors and anti-oxidation in patients with dyslipidemia, diabetes and cerebral infarction. Methods Forty cases of dyslipidemia, type 2 diabetes mellitus, cerebral infarction and healthy subjects were selected. Forty rape bee pollen flavonoids were orally administrated 40 mg twice daily for 2 months. The blood glucose (BG), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), white blood cell count (WBC) PCT, hsCRP and MDA were measured. Results The basic indexes of diabetes mellitus group and cerebral infarction group included TC, BG, WBC, PLT, hsCRP and dyslipidemia group, diabetic group and cerebral infarction group. TG and MDA levels were significantly higher than those in healthy group (P <0.05-0.001). The levels of TG, WBC, PLT, hsCRP and MDA in the dyslipidemia group, diabetic group and cerebral infarction group decreased significantly and HDL-C levels increased significantly (P <0.05-0.001) after taking rapeseed pollen flavonoids for two months. Blood glucose, TC, LDL-C levels also declined to a certain extent, the indicators of the health group also fluctuated in varying degrees, no statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion The rapeseed pollen flavonoids have a certain degree of improvement of blood lipid, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative effects.
