目的探讨家庭环境因素对汉语阅读障碍儿童的影响,为寻求有效的预防和治疗措施提供理论依据。方法抽取湖北省武汉市某城区2所普通小学3~5年级587名学生及其家长、班主任教师进行问卷调查;根据国际疾病分类诊断第10版(ICO-10)中阅读障碍的定义,采用逐层筛选的方法筛出汉语阅读障碍儿童,进行相关因素路径分析。结果筛查出阅读障碍学生23人,发生率为3.92%,其中女生5人,男生18人;路径分析图显示,汉语阅读障碍的内层影响因素有提供资源,鼓励阅读、完成作业困难、亲子共读,外层因素有父母文化水平、家庭经济水平。结论提供丰富的阅读资源,创造良好的阅读环境,注重亲子共读有助于预防阅读障碍的发生。
Objective To explore the impact of family environment on children with Chinese dyslexia and provide a theoretical basis for seeking effective prevention and treatment measures. Methods A total of 587 students, their parents and teachers in class from Grade 2 to Grade 5 in 2 ordinary primary schools in a city of Wuhan, Hubei Province, were selected for questionnaire survey.
