本文基于对大学生英语课堂焦虑的现象的调查,发现适当有效的教学活动能在一定程度上缓解和应对大学英语课堂的焦虑现象。因此,在日常的课堂教学实践中教师要运用不同的教学方法和教学活动来营造低焦虑的课堂环境来提高学生英语学习英语的兴趣和英语综合运用能力。
Based on the investigation of college students’ anxiety in English class, this paper finds that proper and effective teaching activities can alleviate and deal with anxiety in college English class to a certain extent. Therefore, in daily classroom teaching practice, teachers should use different teaching methods and teaching activities to create a low anxiety classroom environment to improve students’ interest in English learning and English comprehensive utilization.
