1987年G·Sorcia 等对小梁切除术做了改良以更有效降低眼内压,我们根据Sorcia的手术方法从1988年至1990年对32只C 值低于0.13的各种青光眼做了板层巩膜下双咬切术。对其效果做了初步观察。材料和方法:我们选了各种类型青光眼28例32眼,其中男16例18眼,女12例14眼。年龄最小17岁,最大79岁,平均52±14岁。术前C/D0.2～0.5者12眼,0.6～0.9者16眼。眼底看不见者2眼,未记录2眼。C 值<0.13者27眼,C>0.13者5眼。开角型青光眼中慢性单纯型3跟,青年型2;闭角型青光眼中急性7眼,慢性16眼;继发性青光眼中P—S 综合征1眼,新生血管性2眼,外伤性1眼。手术方法:①取角膜缘为基底的结膜瓣,
